The Your Hour, Her Power campaign aims to inspire hope and resilience among women by recognizing ground-breaking women in leadership positions across various industries.
This year, Scotiabank’s Kay Lazidis, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), U.S. Global Banking and Markets, is being celebrated for embodying Dress for Success’ mission of providing job access, career advancement, and financial wellness for women entering and re-entering the workforce. At Scotiabank, Kay is a champion of the Bank’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and serves as a member of the U.S. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She is also Chair of the Process Improvement Initiative, designed to build and enhance programs that attract, promote, and retain diverse and inclusive groups.
